Columbus Ohio's adults-only Relaxacon for fans of S/F, fantasy, and horror.

DeCONpression is a weekend long party in Columbus, Ohio on Martin Luther King Jr. weekend filled with sci-fi & fantasy fans. Modestly priced tickets are available to the adult public the entire weekend. It is considered a "relaxacon" as opposed to your typical sci-fi convention. DeCon is a calm and relaxed environment to catch up with old friends and meet new ones.

DeCONpression offers a truly unique vendors room, movies in the movie room, and a few panels and workshops to attend. There are two parties with incredible drink concoctions hosted by the infamous U.B.B. Columbus of Barfleet. The consuite always puts out a fun variety of foods including an impressive gluten free selection. You will often find card and board games going on at tables in the consuite.

On top of all of that, Guilty Pleasures has been offering education sessions as a part of the programing track since 2005.
